5. Product Quality and Returns

- No artificial preservatives, chemicals, or adulterants are used
5.2 Return and Refund Policy
- Returns accepted only for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products
- Must be reported within 2 hours of delivery
- Full refund or replacement will be provided for valid complaints
- No returns accepted for products consumed or used
- Refunds processed within 24-48 hours
5.3 Shelf Life and Storage
- Fresh milk: 24-48 hours when refrigerated

6. Delivery Terms
6.1 Delivery Schedule
- Morning delivery: 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM
- Delivery schedule may vary during festivals and adverse weather conditions
6.2 Delivery Charges
Delivery is free for orders above ₹200. For orders below ₹200, a delivery charge of ₹20 will apply.
6.3 Delivery Process
- Customer or authorized person must be available to receive the delivery
- If customer is unavailable, products will be left in a secure location as instructed
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
- Be available or arrange for someone to receive delivery
- Inspect products upon delivery and report issues immediately
- Store products properly as per provided instructions
- Make timely payments as agreed
- Treat our delivery personnel with respect
8. Limitation of Liability
Farm Thoughts liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not responsible for:
- Delays due to weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances
- Products spoiled due to improper storage by customer
- Allergic reactions or health issues (customers should check ingredients)
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or technical failures.
